Every wine of Castello di Paneretta is born as a natural consequence of the place from which it comes. Differences between soils are never leveled out or corrected, but respected and enhanced. From the vineyards of Terrine and Torre a Destra emerge more structured and complex wines, capable of evolving over time and expressing the depth of the territory. Grapes from Ciliegio, Bossolo, and Barbiano give rise to more delicate and refined wines, less powerful yet marked by great elegance and precision of expression. The parcels of Querciole and Poggio, thanks to the depth of their soils, are particularly suited to the production of youthful, more immediate wines, with lower grape concentration but pronounced drinkability.
At Castello di Paneretta, wine is not the result of a formula, but the faithful expression of a complex and ever-changing land, where each vineyard has its own voice and every bottle preserves its memory.
